DS1 & LoA Technical Support

I tried to post this in DS1 general discussion but I guess I'm not allowed. In any event, I am trying to find a copy of Autocast by Flam if someone has it to share.

Hi to all,

I don't know if other players noticed that but sometimes parts of some levels disappear progressively : landscape and monsters.

I noticed that at the Black Forest (after the Goblin's lair) and when approaching the castle of Ehb (after the Droog village).

After that you can't reach the disappearing parts of the level and the game ends up with crashing, saving is not possible.

This bug is present since the release of the game even patched, with the legacy and Steam versions.

I recently installed Dungeon Siege Legends of Aranna. I used to play it ages ago, in XP. Now I have win7 and different hardware, which is apparently a problem.

I have weird visual glitches. Here are links to two screnshots:

If it were up to me, I'd be doing more videos on Dungeon Siege... however I lost all of my progress and it's made worse with the game freezing and crashing for no apparent reason. I've turned off shadows and 3d something something on Nvidia Control Panel, so I'm more or less clueless as to what I did wrong.

So my wife and I have been playing ds1 on lan for a while now. Today I tried switching to LoA but I can't get her PC to join. I get the "Files are different or missing from the host" error and the list it gives is ludicrous (includes things like Objects.dsres etc) I even tried copy pasting my resources and dsloa folders to her pc. No go. So I run a CRC check, every last -ing file is identical. So what gives. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrghhh!

Hey ho, a friend of mine have some problems playing Dungeon Siege Legends of Aranna.

Basically his game's is stretching colours/textures? all over his screen. The game overall runs okay, no bugs and errors on startup only this annoying twitching/flickering of the game.

Here is what we have tried to solve it:

1#Downloaded and installed DirectX 9c and 8

2#Updating video drivers (Nvidia Geforce GT 720m)

Time to ask what may be a stupid question, but in the interests of clarity ...

Why no download anywhere to patch base DS1 from 1.11.1 (the level bundled with the LOA retail, according to "About" from the main menu) up to 1.11.1462?

(Fourteen hundred and sixty one little tweaks is an incredible number to be missing, but I'm dubious about trying to apply a patch package meant for a much older starting point.)
