DS2 & BW Technical Support

I'm getting tons of errors related to flick when I try to start up SE2.
They might not all be flick related, but after error #300 or so I tired of clicking so aborted.

Here are three of the errors though:

The game seems to run very smoothly with this beta driver
well it certainly does on a 7600GT(256)AGP type card..!! :woot:

(**you have to be careful with beta's, though - they sometimes wipe out
your 3D management settings..)

- and well, anyway you have to be adventurous occasionally..

- I've opened the AGP aperture to 512mb and running the game at 8x a/a and 8x a/f
- high performance via 17in CRT at 85Hz - res1024x768 looks great..
- any higher and things start getting s bit too small on my 17in CRT

- I'm really chuffed with the card's performance, it gives
out some really vibrant colours, and shading..

ive tried many things cause i never got to play this game...i bought it and i cant run it on my system...i have tried the main ubuntu forums and i have had no help. alot of people say they have gotten it to work with wine and cedega but i cant and ive tried both...i doubt i will get an answer here i just want to really play the game i payed for......no one has been able to help me.

Will/Do mods for vanilla Dungeon Siege II work in the Broken World expansion? Like the unlock npc hairs mod? :? :?:

Recently i have formated my computer. I used to be able to run DS2 no problem. However after the recent format i have been receiving an error meesage whenever I try to launch DS2. ill add an attachment to this post with the error message. ive ensured i have direct X up to date and that i have the latest drivers for my video card. And when it notes Netmeeting i am almost possitive i dont even have it installed. sorry if this is a dumb question im just very bad with this sort of stuff.

I downloaded the update and ran it, hoping to get the camera mod to work, the main menu still says v2.0, and now I can't join anyone else's games .

Edit: Okay, I guess it was just sloppy programming and they neglected to update the version number on the main menu, and since the update wasnt automated nearly everyone is living in 2.0 still...

Gah well while working on my New minimap/New mod, to go with it, I screwed up badly!

i was editing the max levels and stats for the Chars in the game so it would be alot funner than reaching boring old level 100, when i hit a major problem, apparently when you Extract using Tankviewer its diff from tank extractor, so when i went to tankcreator to put the file back in, it deleted all of the Files in the logicfolder, now I have to reload everything *sigh*
well just would likw to chare that with my fellow modders and posters :P
