need help. DS2+BW on Win10 not working

I have both installed and when starting game, theres no cursor on the menu.
someone said put "fullscreen+false", but I want to play full screen, even if I maximize it it still leaves desktop taskbar at bottom.
I tried the Borderless Gaming mod , but theres a problem with the cursor not showing anything when i hover over items.

I KNOW theres gotta be a fix for this....I just can't figure it out
