As I have seen Kathy pushing Sol to get some of those tutorials( you go girl!) I have started developing idea to make armor for either DSI or II. Mapping just about killed me on DSII since its pretty difficult with out much skill. The only ideas right now for armor our the Mario Brothers outfits and Master Chief from Halo. For Master Chief I was just planning to rewire a helm but, I still got alot to learn so off I go!

Sounds cool, Shadow. I think people becoming interested in modding keeps the interest in DS alive, so cheers! Smile

You know, it's funny. Last night I was trying to figure out features that I like about my 2 fav character mods (catmansion and dark/light elves), and another cool one is China mod and plain ol' farmgirl isn't all that bad really. I wish I knew how to create a new mesh for farmgirl (Katgirl? nah ...Katwoman! ) Wink :P) that would have some small changes in appearence, hair and the way armor displays on her. Bring on ze tutorials!

Making new armour requires you to be able to be able to use a 3d program. I would start by downloading a copy of gmax and beginning to learn 3d basics in it, before setting your sights too high.

I have done so with gmax, several months ago I made a mace with pink teapots instead of spikes.

Haha, I want to see that mace. Do you still have it?
