How do you tune a fish?

I was wondering how one tunes a fish. I know you should use the Sea Scale, but where on the fish are the adjustments necessary to tune it? Okay I know I am being silly and I really do not want to know how to tunafish. It is just no one has posted in a while so I thought I had better, and since I have no news about the site or about any mods I wrote this.

Not much news from my side, some gas here, a new texture or icon there...
So I guess I'm still at least 20 hours away form uploading a new release of the Hotfix (resp. Aranna Legacy) mod.

 
By the way, there is some kind of fish farm near Eirulan! :o

I've been away for my birthday but my comment is that tuning a fish is done by blowing in its gills. Of course the fish hates this, but they are just going into my belly so I don't care about their feelings. I'm mean now that I am so old...

Kathy is not old I really do know that. I was just commenting on her comment about tuning a fish. She is my big "sister" so she is older than me but not older than most.
