a fabulous performance..

Heart (Anne & Nancy Wilson) - Stairway To Heaven

- excellent!!

I listened to the original and I think Heart did a better job. No I don't, yes I do, oh it is a tie. Two of my favorite musical groups anyway.
My Favorite Songs in no particular order
Jefferson Airplane -White Rabbit
Heart - Dream Of The Archer
Heart - Dreamboat Annie
The Grateful Dead - Uncle Johns Band actually I like all their music
The Byrds - Mr. Tambourine Man
The Byrds - Ballad Of Easy Rider
I could go on for weeks writing this list but this is Blondin's Blog
Let us just say I have 4 terabytes of music that I have copied from, records, tapes and CDs most of it from the 60s and 70s

Sis got mom a #1 Hits of the 60s CD for her birthday, so we sat and listened to it while we ate snacks. It was great.
We grew up on Oldies/Classic Rock/Southern Gospel.....

They just don't make music like they used to... (/old man rant)

I agree entirely.. Cheer

here's a sweet one:

Peter Frampton - Won't You Be My Friend

- you can't keep a good song down..

- another brilliant track from a million lifetimes ago..

Mighty Baby - Egyptian Tomb

- stay cool.. Cool

I was watching Austin City Limits Last night and heard a blue grass band I had never heard before, The Avett Brothers. They very good, and I like almost every song they played last night, Really liked the song "The Ballad of Love and Hate"
