heh, cute "any news of the iceberg?" Smile
My friend Maureen moved back to GB, she lives in Banbury.

Brian from family guy. He reminds me of snoopy grown up. When I was a kid snoopy was my favorite character.

My favorite cartoons in the papers were the Far Side by Gary Larson. He wasnt the greatest artist but they were high-larry-us. Too bad he doesnt make any new ones. Sad

Sharkull's picture

The Far Side is indeed a great one... and The Simpsons too (+ Family Guy, Futurama...), but I've been partial to Scott Adams' Dilbert characters for years. If you've ever worked in an office (especially in a technically related field) you'll probably understand why. :P

I forgot about the plutonians. Havn't been watching ATHF lately. I like em more than Brian. Dunno who drew em. I originally read wrong 0.o . Oh well

Paul Sample used to syndicate a character called Ogri - via Bike magazine..

the books are very funny!

I also like The Far side and Dilbert (Dilbert's tie rules) And also Family Guy and The Simpsons. My fav characters are Stewie on FG and Ralph Wiggum from simpsons. This is another comic artist I like:
"Silent Kimbly" by Ryan Sias

Max Fleischer's original Popeye was very well drawn..
http://www.calmapro.com/popeye/history.php?section=fleischer_popeye&current=history
- it hasn't been matched by any of the newer Popeye's..

..this isn't strictly a cartoon - an animation more like..
http://abum.com/file/shadow/animations/17632.swf
- but it shows what you can do with a little imagination.. Smile

this is an animation and a cartoon, I think... 8O
