About party members, is there any mod that allows more than 8?

So that is it, is there any mod that allows more than 8 party members, and that removes the thing of having to buy more slots for hire?

Oh yeah, is there any utraean race mod too?

Thanks all

It is hard coded in DS1 that the max party members is 8 and in DS2 the max party members is 6. There is no way to modify this, people have tried but nothing works.

Iryan has a playable Utrean mod in the Legends thread at the bottom of the main body just before the comments section

Dragon Age have similar problem but for that someone designed the mod "Extra Dogslot" to get around this problem for the dog companion, this mod makes the dog behave like a summoned creature but selected one can get into it's statscreen normally. Maybe something similar can be done in Dungeon Siege for the pets?

There are a few mods that allow you to summon multiple pets for each player. You could also alter that pet's template such that they become permanent instead of expiring after some period of time. I have done this in DS_LoA with various wolf mods done by Dark Elf and myself. An example would be Lili_Wolf_Summons_V4 along with ULSummonsPlus that allows any and all party members to have several summoned creatures. When playing Legends of Aranna I normally play with eight party members each with 3 summoned wolves. Maybe these could be mods could be modified to work with DS2?

This in't really what I meant. With "pet" I ment the creatures you purchase from the pet traders. In DS1 that is the packmule and that lizard they added in LoA with many more in DS2. I belive that people can tolerate if thease behave like summoned creatures in that you loose their character icon if you can bring them without effecteing the max number of character count. That is what the "Extra dogslot" mod do in Dragon Age. You can read about it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/664
