I believe he was last sighted lurking in the tunnels off Wesrin Cross, foaming at the mouth and mumbling "Tweak-tweak!!" over and over again..
- but I was told this by a drunken Hassat at the Inn in Stonebridge, so I'm not sure if it's reliable information.. :hmm:
