A geforce 6800 is a video card. They usually come with 256 MB of Ram, which is only 0.25 gig.

I would be fairly certain he means a 120gb hard drive. Also the plain geforce 6800 did come with 128mb of ram on it, the gt and ultra versions of the 6800 came with 256mb of ram or if the 3rd party vendor beefed it up to 256mb to try to stand out from their competitors.
