What Internet browser are you using? Do you have tank viewer installed?
If you have tank viewer installed you will be given two choices always pick Save File and never pick open with tank viewer.
If you are using Internet Explorer right click link and save target, otherwise with opera, firefox or google chrome clicking the link should work.
I have just finished testing IE, firefox, opera and google chrome (Friday 9/19/2014 10:34 AM PST)
