I really appreciate the help and suggestions.
The reason I say "ugh" is because nothing is working on my end. I'm not sure what is missing/different from my adepts and your version, Lili.
The female character works just fine, but the male went from transparent to solid white where the alpha channel would be.
Maybe the Catmansion guy in my version doesn't have a "skin" to display? He has his whole body covered except for arms and face. I'm puzzled.
I've been using gimp and photofiltre for all my modding. When I view the raws the alpha channel looks white. When I open it in gimp, it shows as a checkerboard. I don't know if that means anything!
I'm going to take a break now, and try again tomorrow. I'm so peeved! lol.
