Once again I'm back for help

I have been up and down the Crystal Caves and in a out of the Dark Forest.
Where is this Fort Kroth?. In what Direction do I travel in the Caves to reach the Fort. West or East ?. At this point I'm not sure where I am.
Is it before or after JHriahs Trading post ?.

If anyone has played this game or remembers where all this stuff is.
