Hello to all the Dungeon Siege purists, loyalists and Siege Engineers of Siegetheday! Allow me to introduce myself...

( Please excuse if I have picked the wrong section to do this, I've been known to be blind at times! =P )

Well then let me start out by saying, over the years since the early days back in 2002 -- how time escapes us! -- I've spent quite a massive amount of hours playing Dungeon Siege -- as I'm sure the majority of you all here have as well. And although I've never been an "active" member of the community forums I have logged many an hour lurking about and become very familiar with the helpful avatars that keep the coals burning on dedicated sites siegetheday.

Hehe, sorry that I haven't been on here in a few months... Been busy with a few personal difficulties.

I do play DS1, but only in SinglePlayer. The block system with editing in DS1 just doesn't cut it for me.
I mainly play/edit DS: LOA
I'm currently known as «§§» ÞHÅ¥ÐËR «§§» on ZoneMatch.

I just brought my website back up, I hadn't been advertising or getting hits lately so they revoked my subscription, LoL. I have to admit, I did miss this place.
The only update I have made to my site so far is another section to my DSLOA editing tutorial. The link to it is at the bottom of the first tutorial page.

- it's been several months since NVIDIA updated it's regular XP DX9c gfx drivers..
- get version 94.24 here..

- that's for the regular WindowsXP, not the 64-bit version or whatever..
- it does for most cards - not the 8000 series, though - they're special!

Finally being fed up with pages that contain 5 banner ads which always load first completely before the page even starts, some even containing large video clips embedded, I searched for a solution and found one. It appears to work for me.

I came upon a website which details a large list of the most common banner ad and popup ad sites, such as ad.doubleclick.
By adding this large list to your windows host file (also works for most other OS's), and telling it to use 127.0.0.1 for these, they quickly fail if attempting a connection to these sites.

Then all you need to do is go into your browser's settings and under a window that should say something like "Do not use proxies for", paste the same list in the window.

Been gone for a while and just came back to check on my DS sites.
So did the link change to HF or is the DNS server I use hacked?
