DS2 Mod development

Hello all you Dungeon Siege veterans. My brother, my friends and I all grew up playing these first two games on my dad's 5 PC LAN, and forever will the love of adventure and cameraderie be engrained into my soul. However, I cannot say the same about its point & click gameplay, for that was the stuff of nightmares.
It was the cause of too much suffering and bitterness for us preteens, and the game truly paled in comparison to the solid and buttery smoothness that was Warcraft 3.

I don't know if this is the correct place to do it, but I wanted to report some issues I encountered with the Dungeon Siege Legendary Mod.
And I would like to ask some questions if you allow me.

Questions

Hi Guys, Do you know how I can make Rules for reagents.
The rules that I am planning on having has/have something to do with the level when you can use a Reagent for enchantment.

Like for Example: A Player would only be able to use Meteoric Alloy for enchanting weaponsonce he/she is on Elite Difficulty or atleast lvl 71.

The reason for such is that I am Working on a Mod that makes all reagents 1x1 in size and applicable on almost everything. (Finally a Ring with Lifesteal HAHAHAHAHHAHA!).

I tanked some more hair colors as a test in DS2 resources folder.
Also Utraean Skin for the humans.

But they were not selectable in the character menu.

Update:
Never mind. I found out that the skins folder contains the needed (.GAS) files.
Same as DS1. Should have known since they are both so similar. oops.

Anyone have a copy of TankViewer for DS2? As I have only the Steam copy of DS2 I can't install the DS2Toolkit. I have tried scouring the internet, but it doesn't seem to be as available as it might have been in the past.

hey guys, I love playing ds2 n bw for years, but I don't like the helmet to cover my character's handsome face.
is it possible to make a mod to let helmets look invisible when playable character wearing them?

I'm not sure if this currently exists anywhere, but does anyone know of a mod that allows you to make a custom party?
If not, would anyone be willing to set aside the time to help me?
I'm really clueless to DS2's back-end, but would there be a way to use the new game character maker (or something similar) to maybe add party members to the inn's list?
