Improved UI Mod

Here's a small mod that creates a less cluttered and cleaner in-game experience in DS2 and Broken World http://www.siegetheday.org/~iryan/files/UI/DS2_Mod_Improved_UI.zip (32kb)

It basically combines three mods into one. The UI from DS2BW Adepts with the Object Highlighting Mod from KillerGremal and the Ring Removal Mod from Omicrom.

Less distractions from the UI as you go about the business of separating monsters from loot. Could even be better if combined with Volkans/Phoenix's transparent inventories.

Should I try this in combination with Legends?

looks nice I mean normal or whatever I like it

*sure why not

Since you are Sig of Mugmort maybe you can answer a question I have wondered about for many years. Where Exactly is Mugmort is it near cupdale or closer to forkford on the river salver

elfofthecastleoftears near thewestedgeofcyberspace

Isn't Mugwort somewhere in the vicinity of the Worm Wood?

Shire of Mugmort, Barony of the Middle Marches, Middle Kingdom

it is possible that there was the same UI as the DS 1? (Formation, attack when someone atack me, and other?)

I am not sure I understand your question, can you explain in more detail?

I believe Legosp is asking for a mod to reproduce in DS2 the panel bottom right in DS1: formation options (wedge, single and double line, ditto column, circle) and the 3x3: move freely/engage/hold ground; attack freely/defend/hold fire; target nearest/strongest/weakest. Or as many of those as DS2 can be made to support.

My opinion is that DS1 is two games in one (SP and MP) but DS2 is essentially the MP game only (albeit with hireable party members), and is the poorer for it.

What I would like is a way to prevent myself accidentally clicking a special power button when intending only a movement order (a tactical retreat a.k.a. run away). Put those buttons somewhere else, remove them completely (leaving only the hotkeys) or make them pause the game to request confirmation.

Exactly, especially your first section
