Because this thread is nice and little by little became a list of ideas i'll rename it in order to continue this way.

EDIT:
I'm not sure that there is many people who are playing in multi-player at this game but what could be nice is to re-implement start location as it was in Dungeon Siege 1 and perhaps add it to single-player as well.
