I really believe that days need to be longer by at least 12 hours maybe even 24. As there does not appear to be enough time to do all the things I am required to do and still get sleep. I wrote to the government and they said sorry we can not change the length of the day. I tried to explain that time is a human construct and therefore could be changed by humans, forgetting that people in the government are most likely not humans but constructs created by some alien force to drive the sane crazy. Once everyone is crazy they will most likely use us a a food source.

Well it looks as if all the people that thought the world was coming to an end because the Mayan Calendar was ending where wrong! But I expected that because the Mayan Calendars both the short count and long count are repeating cycles just like our own calendar which recycles every year, hundred years and thousand years. Since the world did not end it is back to the same day to day cycle that never changes except for what I fix for dinner and what is on Television and what I find here.

Oh Well

As they said in a very famous book series "DO NOT PANIC" If the Mayan Calendar if right and the world comes to an end on Friday you will never notice and if it does not things will continue as they are. Okay you can panic if the Mayan calendar is incorrect

I amuse myself sometimes when walking by making groaning noises and waving my arms a bit, since I still can't walk properly and kinda shamble along like a zombie. The damage to my right ankle is permanent and it hurts to walk. So, Grrr Arrggh and other assorted types of undead noises..

The upside of this situation is ( and I'm really trying to find all the upsides I can) I will be applying for a handicapped parking placard and then I can grab up those sweet sweet handicapped spots at the grocery store. Awwww yeah.

Over the last few weeks, every nice day I have been stuck inside taking care of my elderly relatives. On the one day of the week where I can take some time to myself because my cousin comes by for a few hours it has been cold and rainy. I am going to have to get a device called a bicycle trainer which allows you to ride your bicycle in place. That way at night when I am home I can peddle for a few hours and lift some weights and try to get back into shape. Without an aerobic workout I will never loose the weight I have gained or maintain any muscle tone at all.

It has been such a very long time since I have been on a bicycle ride or even had time for a walk in the day light I have forgot how to do both. I have not been on IRC in so very long that I figure that people there must think I have fallen off the edge of the world. I wish it was last year on a nice summer day and my relatives where well. Then I would wish to be trapped in that exact time in a loop like in the movie "groundhog day" The only thing I would allow to go forward and not be stuck in a loop would be Playing DS and DS2 and this web site.
